Studio Rental

Our well-maintained studio is available for Dance, Yoga, and Movement classes, workshops, and rehearsals.   The space consists of a dance studio, sound booth, changing area, and restroom. There is ample, well-lit surface parking. We are looking for sub-lease tenants who will care for and respect our dance home.
 

Dance area is approximately 900 sq ft
Comfortably holds 15-18 adult students for dance movement.

Mirrors can be covered with curtails for blind rehearsal
